Yes you can. The fact of not knowing how to swim is not an impediment, as the neoprene wetsuit float and we also provide a flotation vest.
On the day of the activity, we only recommend that you notify the guide before entering the river so that he is more attentive to those who cannot swim.

For the booking you will need the following data:
Name and birth date of all the participants (for insurance purposes);
Weight, height and shoe size of all the participants (for gear preparation).
We have a transfer service from and to your accomodation place from the cities of Porto, Aveiro and Coimbra with an extra cost of just 25€ per person.
NOTE: The Transfer Service is limited to the seats available on the chosen date.
We have not stipulated a minimum age for carrying out the activity. However, we have stipulated a minimum weight and height of 25kg and 120cm, which corresponds to 6/7 years of age.
The payment is made by bank transfer and in cash on the day of the activity.
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay in advance the value of the activity for 1 participant by bank transfer;
The remaining amount must be paid in cash to the Zona Canyoning Guide on the day of the activity.
If you are traveling alone, we have several options for you:
We can add you to an existing group for your desired activity and date;
If we don't have a group, we can suggest a different activity for your desired date;
If we don't have a group, we can suggest alternative dates for your desired activity;
If none of these alternatives are ideal for you and if we do not have any reservations for the activity and the day you want, you can always do the activity alone. You only have to pay the corresponding amount to two participants according to the desired activity.
Yes, it is possible to carry out the canyoning activity with glasses. Only in maneuvers with rope, jumps or water slides the guide will ask you to keep your goggles inside your wetsuit.
No it's not. Almost all rope maneuvers are optional and also can be controlled by the Zona Canyoning guides and the jumps are all optional, if you are afraid to do them, you just have to tell the guide and you descend in another way (rope or alternative way).
NOTE: We have the possibility to adapt, at the moment, the difficulty of the activity to the physical level of the clients, making it more demanding, if the group feels comfortable, or easier.
Regarding the size of the groups, we do activities for a:
Minimum of 2 persons;
Maximum of 20 persons.
